Okayyy… so I have this idea which my sister helped prompt by saying these guys looked like a secret couple during the film XD I really want to see an AU fanfiction where Lizzie and Gordo get together at the end of the TV series and are already a couple at the beginning of the movie (cause I swear they should have been… this show has some serious friendzone and continuality issues).

Anyway.. since the movie is set right after the TV series ends they would still be at the cute awkward stage of their relationship where even holding hands is a big deal and things would be kinda fragile. When they go to Rome, Paulo would still come along but this time instead of helping him cause she liked him, Lizzie would initially turn him down and only eventually help him cause in return he says he can help start her career (maybe its not as a singer since an important plot point is that he thinks she can’t sing but like a model or an actress since Lizzie has shown an interest in those careers). She’s not convinced and Gordo isn’t happy about it either, but he would end up encouraging her to do it as of course he wants the best for her.
As time goes by he can’t help get jealous of the two of them spending so much time together and it puts a strain on their newfound relationship. Eventually he kinds of breaks it off as Paulo becomes all she talks about and then.. I don't know.

I'm not sure how this would end.. NEEDS MORE ANGST haha. They would end up back together but that’s as far as I’ve thought and I don’t have the time to write it like most of my ff ideas, but if any Lizzie ff writers out there do want to give it a try please go right ahead! Just show me once it’s up XD

I may be able to work it out, yes! So you want me to do the whole movie your way up there? 'Cuz that sounds like a real treat!

Fun! I could do that, but I'll do it from Gordo's perspective...extra extra angst! NEEDS ANGST. And piece by piece of the movie, like, not where Lizzie is, but where Gordo is at the time, and they'll be lovers like you said. ^^ Ooh, I'm nervous about writing the "he breaks it off or something" part you mentioned...I dunno how I'll do that! But it's sure to have a big dose of angst. Love angst.

I'm so mean about angsty stuff, I give it to all characters. It's like the most expressive feeling other than love.

Paolo! GRRR!

He makes me so mad, but I'll try to get his character right!

and it would be so awesome to see what he did while lizzie was off with paolo, feel free to do whatever you want with it, even if it isnt what i wrote up there/differs a bit cause im not a great ff writer so whatever you think will be fine im sure ^^

i guess when he breaks it off he could just be like 'maybe we should just go back to being friends' not all like I HATE YOU LIZZIE GET AWAY

ANGST? THERE'S ANGST? ANGST! ANGST! (I'm going all Gordo-cake-crazy now...) I love angst! I'll read it! Yes, I'll give you a link! I started it already because I just can't hold my ideas in. Pffffft hahahahaha, "I HATE YOU LIZZIE GET AWAY" cracked me up. No! He'd never, exactly! He'd be super-sweet about it, trying not to hurt her even though it's gonna tear him apart...oh my cheeze-its, I've gotta get writing!!
